Two pairs of hot “Cserkészkolbász” from the small Hartai kolbász workshop, spicy, intense and typically Hungarian. Produced using traditional methods, smoked, with no added preservatives. Cserkészkolbász is thinner and drier than the traditional kolbász.
The “Kolbász” is really something very special. As one of the most traditional raw sausage products in Hungary, it is made from pure pork and carefully balanced with bacon, salt and selected spices. The Kolbasz gets its real Hungarian paprika sausage character from the famous hot Hungarian paprika. A true culinary delight!
