Mangalitza Kolozsvári Szalonna Bacon approx. 500g

Smoked rib bacon from Mangalitza pork, raised in traditional extensive husbandry. Produced in small batches, with no added preservatives, lightly smoked. Richer and more intense than normal bacon thanks to the special qualities of Mangalitza pork.
