Real Hungarian Letscho with Kolbasz

Ingredients


300g Kolbasz
1 glass Letscho – Premium 70% paprika
1x onion
onion leek
white bread, boiled potatoes, pasta or rice

Step 1

Dice Kolbasz and onion.

Step 2

Fry Kolbasz in a pan and add onion.

Step 3

Reduce the temperature and add the Letscho and simmer gently for 4 minutes.

Step 4

Season with salt and pepper.

Step 5

Add onions and simmer for 1 minute – done.

Step 6

Serve with white bread, boiled potatoes, pasta or rice.
